"Chris was very professional and provided me with a wealth of information regarding the condition of my 2008 and 2011 units. He took pictures to show me the condition of my attic components. This was especially helpful because I usually don't go in my attic. He made sure to outline what needed to be done immediately, later, or even later. He added me to his schedule at the end of his scheduled jobs and stayed pass 10 pm to make sure that my air conditioner was working. I highly recommend Chris and I would definitely choose him to complete future jobs."
